All payments must be current at that time (Aug 20th & Sept 15th payments total $808.00).
Payments by checking account (no fee) and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (2.9% fee plus 30 cents per transaction) are accepted at checkout
You may log-in to your account and make smaller payments at anytime as long as your account is up to date on the payment date deadlines.
You will automatically receive an email each month prior to payment due date.
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS within the group MUST BE IN WRITING AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
A. Written cancellations received after September 14th, 2026 will be subject to a $ 75.00 per person penalty.
B. Any cancellations within 120 days and prior to 61 days of departure shall be subject to any non-refundable payments made to vendors, plus costs shared by all students, PLUS a $200.00 per person penalty.
C. Written cancellations within 60 days of departure will be subject to a 100% per person penalty on the total package price unless a substitution can be found at the time of cancellation with any additional name change fees assessed by the airlines.
ENTIRE GROUP CANCELLATION:
Upon the signing of this contract, the GROUP agrees that the GROUP will not change Tour Operator/Travel Agent or travel directly without Educational Travel Tours, Inc. under any circumstances. In the case that this breach of contract occurs, the proportional cancellation penalty clause “above” will not apply and all monies will be forfeited to the Tour Operator in addition to the penalties for financial losses incurred by Tour Operator for empty air seats, hotel attrition, and supplier penalties would apply.
Participants acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy upon registering and submitting the trip deposit.
THE OPTIONAL GROUP TRAVEL PROTECTION OFFERED AT CHECK OUT MAY BE THE ONLY METHOD TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND DEPENDING UPON THE DATE OF CANCELLATION AS SPECIFIED IN THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY!!
An Optional Group Travel Protection Plan is available for you to purchase for your trip. The Group Travel Protection Plan Terms and Conditions are listed in the downloadable PDF document link below. The rates are based on the entire trip cost and your age and you will need that information in order to receive an accurate cost for the coverage which will be quoted at check out. The premium purchased DOES NOT include the optional CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. FOR THE OPTIONAL CANCEL FOR ANY REASON COVERAGE YOU MUST SELECT THIS OPTION AT CHECK OUT. CFAR coverage is up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost. You must cancel prior to 48 hours of trip departure.

Trip cancellation:

This provides reimbursement for non-refundable trip payments if you have to cancel a trip due to injury, illness or death or other unexpected circumstances as listed on the plan. Make sure to read the plan document for full details of coverage and exclusions.
Cancel For Any Reason Option:
75% of Non-Refundable Trip Cost. Available if coverage is purchased within 14 days of Initial Deposit. Other restrictions apply. See plan document for full details.
Trip interruption:
100% of trip cost insured
Coverage for interruption of a trip because of acceptable reasons such as injury, illness, death of a relative, or others. Please review the plan document for the list of eligible reasons.
Missed connection:
$250 per person
Minimum 12 hours delay of regularly scheduled airline flights.
Trip delay:
$300 per person
$100 per person daily limit applies. Minimum 12 hour delay.
Baggage & personal effects:
$500 per person
Per article limit: up to $100. Baggage and personal effects coverage protects lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during a trip. It may include coverage during travel to and from a destination. Please review your plan document for details.
