INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS within the group MUST BE IN WRITING AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
A. Written cancellations received after October 20th, 2026 will be subject to a $ 75.00 per person penalty.
B. Written cancellations received between 120 days and prior to 61 days of departure shall be subject to any non refundable deposits made to vendors, plus any costs shared by all participants, Plus a $200.00 per person penalty.
C. Written cancellations within 60 days of departure will be subject to a 100% per person penalty.
ENTIRE GROUP CANCELLATION:
Upon the signing of this contract, the GROUP agrees that the GROUP will not change Tour Operator/Travel Agent or travel directly without Educational Travel Tours, Inc. under any circumstances. In the case that this breach of contract occurs, the proportional cancellation penalty clause “above” will not apply and all monies will be forfeited to the Tour Operator in addition to the penalties for financial losses incurred by Tour Operator for empty air seats, hotel attrition, and supplier penalties would apply.
Participants acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy upon registering and submitting the trip deposit.
THE OPTIONAL GROUP TRAVEL PROTECTION OFFERED AT CHECK OUT MAY BE THE ONLY METHOD TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND DEPENDING UPON THE DATE OF CANCELLATION AS SPECIFIED IN THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY!!

The rates are based on the entire trip cost and your age and you will need that information in order to receive an accurate cost for the coverage which will be quoted at check out. The premium purchased DOES NOT include the optional CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. FOR THE OPTIONAL CANCEL FOR ANY REASON COVERAGE YOU MUST SELECT THIS OPTION AT CHECK OUT. CFAR coverage is up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost. You must cancel prior to 48 hours of trip departure.

Trip cancellation:

Trip interruption:

Missed connection:
$250 per person
Minimum 12 hours delay of regularly scheduled airline flights.
Trip delay:
$300 per person

Baggage & personal effects:
$500 per person

Please understand that Adult passengers 18 and older at time of travel must show valid identification at the airport checkpoint in order to travel. Please review the acceptable forms of valid identification https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification. Beginning May 7, 2025, if you plan to use your state-issued ID or license to fly within the U.S., make sure it is REAL ID compliant. If you are not sure if your ID complies with REAL ID, check with your state department of motor vehicles. Any student under the legal age of 18 is not required to have identification.
